Q: I'm just starting to build my business. How do I know if it is the right time to take this course?
A: In the Virtual Team Building Secrets interviews, one thing every 7-figure entrepreneur said was that the waited to long to build a team. You must ask yourself if you have the energy, time and bandwidth to get everything done alone. With a team, you literally cut your implementation timeline in ½ (at a minimum). What is that worth to you? Could you be saying yes to more opportunities NOW if you had someone else to handle routine tasks? If you invested $300 - $500 a month, and redirect your time to making more money, my guess is you could double or even triple that investment each month!
Ideal course candidate is:
- Ready to leverage their time and energy so they can accomplish more with less effort
- Understands the power of delegating your weaknesses to other people’s strengths
- Wants to create a huge “footprint” in the world with your passion and purpose
- Has tried to build a team or hire VA’s but has not felt like they made the best choices or gotten the results they wanted.
- Values learning from other’s what works (and what doesn’t) so they can take the most direct path possible to fast results.
- Will invest at least five hours a week in creating a system that automates work to minimize breakdowns and allow highest level of team productivity.
The Ideal Course Candidate is not:
- Looking for a magic pill that they take where they don’t have to do anything.
- Committed to proving to everyone that they can do everything themselves.
- Resists building a team and wants this program to convince them otherwise (if you are still resisting, you will need to address your mindset and beliefs before joining this program.)
- Struggling financially. This course encourages you to invest in the right tools for your business. If you are upside down financially this will not be a pleasant experience for you.

Q: I was a manager at Corporate (or last job) and I didn’t like it. Why would I want to do this again?
A: Will Craig, founder of the Coach Training Alliance, share with me in his interview in the Virtual Team Building Secrets how he felt the same way. (I did too!) When you learn how to lead a virtual team of contractors, you will discover easy tool and system to build a team of partners who are eager to help you achieve your results. It is a totally different experience – if you are willing to let go of the old and welcome in a new way of doing things!
Q: I'm interested in joining the class but am not sure if I can be present during all the calls.
A: While we strongly encourage live participation in each weekly session, we understand that that may not always be possible. All participants get complete access to a Resource Center that provides all the handouts, audio and video recordings for each weekly session so that you don’t miss a thing. There are also live weekly Q&A sessions on Thursdays (at 10 am PST) to make sure you get the support you need to implement each weeks step into your business.
Q: I know I need to build a team but I’m concerned about my cash flow. How do I make this work without worrying about my profit?
A: First, we do offer a payment plan. Depending on when you take action you can make up to three payments. Second, one of the skills you will learn is how to ensure you are focused on your high payoff activities so you are building profit with your investement in team building. We suggest creating a team building plan (which we guide you through) to ensure that you hire the right people in the right order for the right results!
Q: Melanie, can you provide me a referral to a good VA? There are so many
to choose from.
A: In the Virtual Team Building Telebootcamp, we give you some proven
resources to help you get matched with an excellent VA that matches your
needs. If you are in a hurry and want to do your own research, we suggest

Q: I already own the Home Study Course that is included in the Tele-Bootcamp package and I have learned a lot just from listening to it. Is there a way to make a bit of a price adjustment for the tele-bootcamp since I already have this important piece of the package?
A: If you already own the Virtual Team Building Secrets program, we will make a $300 adjustment to your investment. If you have participated in another special offer, such as the limited $500 off, then your new offer supersedes the $300 off.
Q: You have an offer to bring a key team member for ½ price. What type of person would be best to bring into the bootcamp – peer or assistant?
A: If you are building a team or have a business partner, we highly encourage you to bring this key team member through the program with you. A key team member would be your personal assistant, business manager or business partner who will be working with you to implement the new team building strategies you are learning.
The TeleBootcamp will teach you the steps you need to take to build your ideal team, set up the right systems and technology to effectively run the team, and position you for the future growth of your business team. We’d love for you to fully leverage the power of the team by bringing along a key team member who will be assisting (or even taking the lead) with setting up your team’s ‘operating system’—such as your procedures guides, job descriptions, technology.
This will significantly reduce the implementation time as you won’t have to spend unnecessary energy recapping everything you have learned.
