• Spend time with my friends and family. I love golfing with my Dad and brother. I regularly take Mondays and Friday afternoons off. I have “auntie dates” with my 9 and 14 year old nieces quite regularly.

Having a team means I can go to Hawaii for 2 ½ weeks and not pick up the phone or check email…and I’m still making money. This trip to Kona, Hawaii with my clients included a day of kayaking, snorkeling, and having these amazing dolphins play right in front of us. I’d never be able to enjoy this magical experience if I was chained to my desk having to do everything alone!

Most importantly, I have a business I love and that feels effortless.

No one gets on a plane without a pilot, co-pilot, air-traffic controller, and a good ground maintenance crew – it
